How long does a CRM migration take?

Most migrations take 3–8 weeks, depending on data volume, complexity, and how many systems are involved. A straightforward Pipedrive-to-HubSpot move with a few thousand contacts is on the faster end. Salesforce migrations with custom objects, complex workflows, and years of activity history take longer. We give you a realistic timeline, not a best-case one.

Will we lose any data during the migration?

Not if we do it right — and we do. Every migration includes data mapping, test imports, and validation checks before the final cutover. We run parallel systems during transition so nothing gets lost. That said, migration is also a chance to intentionally leave bad data behind. Not everything deserves to move to the new system.

Can you migrate our automations and workflows too?

We rebuild them, which is better than migrating them. Every CRM handles automation differently, and blindly replicating Salesforce flows in HubSpot leads to awkward workarounds. We take your existing automation logic, adapt it to HubSpot's workflow engine, and often improve it in the process.
