The numbers your investors asked for
You raised, and now you have to justify it — attribution, customer acquisition cost, trending, cohort performance. Most teams have never had to produce these, and the data underneath was never structured to answer them. We review your stack, fix the model, and deliver the reports you owe your board.
The reports, and the model underneath them
The reporting bar moves overnight
Before the raise, nobody asked for cohort retention. After it, you have a quarterly obligation to produce numbers your CRM was never set up to answer — and the answer is not another dashboard on top of the same broken data.
Numbers you have never produced
Attribution, CAC, trending, cohort retention — reasonable asks the portal was never structured to answer.
Two dashboards, two answers
When leadership cannot agree which is right, the problem is upstream: different reports, different definitions.
Reporting eats days a month
Export, reconcile by hand, rebuild the same deck — until the month it is wrong and nobody notices.
The stack disagrees with itself
CRM, ads, billing, and support each hold part of the answer, and nobody has reconciled them.
Clean data comes first
A dashboard built on unreliable records is a faster way to be wrong. Most engagements start with an audit, and if the data model needs work we scope that before building on top of it — priced to your stack rather than sold as a package.

A report is only as good as the record behind it
Anyone can build a dashboard. Defending the number when an investor asks how it was calculated means knowing the records feeding it are complete, deduplicated, and attributed correctly — which is why reporting sits with the same team that cleans portals.
Start with a portal audit →Common questions
We just raised and need investor reporting. Where do we start?
With the list of what you have actually been asked for. We work backwards from that to the data required, then tell you which parts your portal can answer today and which need structural work first.
Can you fix reporting without touching our data?
Rarely, and we will say so. Bad reporting is usually a data-model problem — building a dashboard on top of it just makes the wrong number easier to find.
Do we need the audit first?
Usually yes. It tells us what is reliable before anything is built on it, and it often shortens the reporting work because we are not discovering problems mid-build.
What does it cost?
It is scoped per client rather than packaged, because reporting obligations vary enormously. Typical engagements run two to four weeks and are quoted flat-rate after the review.
Can you pull data from outside HubSpot?
Yes. Ad platforms, billing, and support systems usually hold part of the answer, and part of the work is establishing which system is authoritative for each number.
Will our team be able to run the reports afterwards?
That is the goal. Documentation and a walkthrough are part of the handover, so producing next quarter’s pack does not require calling us.
Get the reports off your desk
Tell us who you report to and what they are asking for. We will tell you what your portal can answer today, what it cannot, and what it takes to close the gap.
Tell us what your CRM is doing wrong
Book a time directly, or send us a note and we will come back to you — usually the same day. Either way you get a real answer about your portal, not a pitch deck.
Book a meeting
Pick a time that suits you. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and we will look at your portal together.
