HubSpot, configured to match how you actually sell

Most implementation providers hand you a generic template. We design the data model before touching the portal, build to an approved spec, and train every role before launch — fixed scope, fixed price, for mid-sized B2B revenue teams in the US.

We hear these constantly

Four situations bring almost everyone here. Three of them are not really new-portal projects at all — which is why we start by working out what should be kept and what genuinely needs rebuilding.

01

We had it set up, but nobody uses it

The implementation happened and a consultant configured everything. Six months later the team has gone back to spreadsheets, because nothing in the portal matched how they actually work.

02

The previous setup was done wrong

Pipelines do not match your process, properties are scattered everywhere, and automations fire for the wrong reasons. This is our most common engagement, and it is rarely starting from zero.

03

We are moving from another CRM

Switching to HubSpot and bringing your data, history, and processes with you — from Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive, or elsewhere. No data loss, no disruption.

04

We are starting from scratch

New to HubSpot and want it done right from the beginning, rather than spending the next two years unpicking a rushed setup.

What we build

Everything included in a build

01
Discovery workshop
We map your sales process, team structure, reporting needs, and tech stack, and leave with a written spec.
02
Portal configuration
Settings, defaults, security, and domain setup — the foundations that are painful to change later.
03
Custom properties
Designed for your specific data model, rather than the default pile nobody asked for.
04
Pipeline setup
Stages with real exit criteria, automation rules, and required fields, so the pipeline reports on reality.
05
Lead routing automations
Leads assigned to the right rep automatically, with owners set rather than tasks left floating.
06
Email templates and sequences
Configured and ready to send, so the team is not rebuilding the same message each week.
07
Integration connections
Email, calendar, marketing tools, and any custom systems that already hold customer data.
08
Team training sessions
Live walkthroughs for every role, because adoption is a training problem before it is a software one.
09
Documentation
Written guides your team can reference later, so the knowledge does not leave when someone does.
10
30-day post-launch support
We stay available to fix anything unexpected once real work starts flowing through the portal.
How it works

Six phases, and nothing gets built until the spec is approved

01

Discovery

We map your sales process, team structure, tech stack, and goals. Nothing gets built until we understand the business.

Week 1–2
02

Architecture

We design the data model — properties, pipelines, associations, and lifecycle stages — before touching the portal.

Week 2–3
03

Configuration

Portal settings, security, domain, custom properties, pipelines, and views, all built against the approved spec.

Week 3–5
04

Automations

Lead routing, task creation, email sequences, and notifications — built and then tested against real scenarios.

Week 3–5
05

Test and refine

End-to-end testing, edge cases, and refinements. We verify everything works before anyone is trained on it.

Week 5–6
06

Training and launch

Live training sessions by role, written documentation, and a walkthrough before we hand over the keys.

Week 6
Packages

Fixed scope. Fixed price. No hourly surprises.

Three shapes of engagement. Which one fits comes out of the discovery call, and the price is fixed before any work starts.

Questions

Common questions

How long does implementation take?

For a focused implementation, typically 4–6 weeks. More complex setups with integrations and data migration run 8–12 weeks. You will get a realistic timeline on the first call — no surprises.

Do you only work with HubSpot?

HubSpot is our specialty. We also work with teams migrating from Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive, and others — but all roads lead to HubSpot.

What if we already have a portal that's been set up badly?

That is our most common engagement. We start with an audit, work out what should be kept versus rebuilt, and restructure from there. It is rarely starting from zero.

Can you work with our existing tech stack?

Yes. We review your current tools during discovery and configure integrations with your email, calendar, marketing platform, and any other connected systems.

What do we need ready before starting?

Access to HubSpot or a new portal, a clear owner on your side for decisions, and an hour or two for the discovery session. We handle the rest.

Can you train our team to run it ourselves?

That is the goal. We build systems your team can own and maintain, and training plus documentation are included in every engagement.
