Hot, qualified, enriched leads — delivered in HubSpot
VAIDER is an AI BDR run as a managed service. It handles research, qualification, CRM deduplication, contact enrichment, and review-ready outreach for one focused prospecting lane — at least four qualified lead packets a week, staged in your portal for approval.
Your reps should not be their own research team
Thin pipeline is rarely a motivation problem. It is what happens when finding good accounts is nobody’s actual job, so it gets done in the gaps between deals — or gets outsourced to a list vendor who has never met your buyer.
Lists are not pipeline
A scraped list of job titles tells you nothing about whether an account is in a buying moment. Reps burn hours qualifying what should have arrived qualified.
Prospecting eats selling time
When research falls to the rep, it competes with the deals already in play. The pipeline stays thin because nobody has time to fill it properly.
Nobody knows why a lead was picked
Without the evidence attached, a rep cannot judge a lead or open with anything specific. So the outreach stays generic and the reply rate shows it.
What arrives in every packet
Calibrate first, then deliver
Define the ICP
A working session to write down who is actually a fit, then agree the signal lane worth watching.
Calibrate on real accounts
We deliver a first batch and you tell us what is wrong with it. The bar gets tuned before volume starts.
Weekly delivery begins
Four or more researched packets a week, deduped and staged in your portal with drafts attached.
Monthly review
We look at what converted and what did not, and adjust the profile or the signal accordingly.
Choose the operating model, not just the database
Most platforms give your team more software to operate. VAIDER delivers qualified work inside HubSpot.

Four good accounts, not four hundred rows
VAIDER is deliberately low volume. Every account is researched by hand against your profile, which is why four a week is the commitment rather than four hundred.
If a packet is wrong, tell us and the bar moves. The profile is a living document, tuned in the monthly review against what actually converted.
Request a sample packet →A lead service run by the people who fix portals
Most lead vendors deliver into a CRM they have never looked at. Duplicates get created, records collide with open deals, and the ops team spends its week cleaning up the pipeline it was promised.
We have spent 22 years inside these portals. VAIDER delivers the way a CRM consultancy would want leads delivered: deduped first, associated correctly, and staged where your process already lives.
Start with a portal audit →Common questions
Is VAIDER software we install?
No. It is a managed service. There is nothing to install or learn — the work arrives inside the HubSpot portal your team already works in.
Will you send emails on our behalf?
Never. We stage a review-ready draft and your team decides whether and how to send. Sending always stays under your control.
What counts as a lead packet?
One researched account with its triggering signal and source evidence, two to three named buyer roles, contact confidence levels, a dedupe check against your portal, and a drafted opening message.
Why only four a week?
Because they are researched rather than scraped. Four accounts a rep can genuinely act on beats four hundred rows nobody opens.
What if the leads are not a fit?
That is what the calibration weeks are for, and the monthly review after. You tell us what was wrong and the profile tightens.
Do we need a clean portal first?
It helps, and the dedupe is only as good as your data. If your portal is messy we will usually suggest the audit first.
Start narrow, prove the lane, then expand
Additional ICPs, additional signal lanes, and higher-volume delivery are available as add-ons. Multi-lane programs can be packaged together once the base motion is working.
See a real packet before you commit
We will put together a sample packet against your actual ICP, so you can judge the quality on your own accounts rather than a case study.
Tell us what your CRM is doing wrong
Book a time directly, or send us a note and we will come back to you — usually the same day. Either way you get a real answer about your portal, not a pitch deck.
Book a meeting
Pick a time that suits you. Thirty minutes, no obligation, and we will look at your portal together.
