The story

There was always a gap between what CRM systems could do and what they were actually doing. And in that gap, RSM was born.

Over 20 years ago, Ricardo had a knack for upgrading workflows — moving teams off pen and paper or Excel and into real CRM systems. As his range across platforms grew, a pattern kept repeating: organizations were buying expensive CRMs their teams barely used.

The tools were capable. The implementation was not. The gap showed up in data quality, in adoption, and in revenue impact.

In 2023, RSM became an official HubSpot Solutions Partner — formalizing years of hands-on HubSpot work and committing to the platform we believe is the best CRM available for growing businesses.
