RSM Consulting LLC provides HubSpot consulting, CRM optimization, migrations, and ongoing support. Scope and deliverables are defined per service agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by RSM Consulting LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

3. Limitation of Liability

RSM Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Genova, Italy.
