What We Automate

Every workflow that's eating your time

Lead Routing

Automatically assign leads to the right rep based on territory, score, or round-robin.

Increase adoption in one step.

Task Automation

Create follow-up tasks automatically when deals move stages or go stale. Don't let things fall through the cracks.

Email Sequences

Drip campaigns that nurture leads while you sleep and trigger tasks, calls, emails, and meetings.

Notifications

Alert the right people when important things happen — Slack, email, or in-app.

Data Enrichment

Auto-fill contact info from connected tools and third-party sources.

Custom Workflows

Complex multi-step automations tailored to your unique processes.

Sound familiar?

Your workflows are a black box

Someone set them up a year ago. Maybe two. Nobody's sure exactly what they all do, and the person who built them left. But they're "working," so nobody touches them — until one fires wrong and a prospect gets three emails in 20 minutes.

Your reps still do everything manually

New lead comes in — someone has to assign it. Deal moves forward — someone has to create the follow-up task. Email needs sending — someone copies, pastes, clicks send. That's not a CRM. That's a to-do list with extra steps.

Sequences and workflows are stepping on each other

A contact is in a marketing workflow AND a sales sequence at the same time. They're getting hit from both sides — and you have no idea until they unsubscribe. Coordination between marketing and sales automation shouldn't be this hard.

You're paying for automation you're not using

You're on Sales Pro or Marketing Pro, but the only workflows you have are the ones HubSpot's onboarding wizard set up. You're paying for the engine but driving in first gear.

How we approach automation

We don't dump 30 workflows into your portal and walk away. We build in layers, starting with the automations that save the most time.

Map the process first

We document how your team actually works — not how they think they work. What happens when a lead comes in? When a deal moves stages? When a customer goes quiet? Once we see the real process, the automation opportunities are obvious.

Build in layers

We start with the highest-impact automations — lead routing, task creation, deal stage triggers — test them, train your team, and build from there. Each layer makes the next one possible.

Document everything

Every workflow gets a name that makes sense, a description that explains what it does and why, and clear enrollment criteria. Six months from now, anyone on your team should be able to understand it without calling us. (Though we're happy to stay on retainer if you want.)

Test before it's live

We use test contacts, sandbox environments, and staged rollouts. Your real contacts don't see anything until we've verified the automation works exactly as intended.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to set up automation?

A focused automation sprint — lead routing, task creation, basic notifications — can be done in 1–2 weeks. A full automation buildout with sequences, lifecycle management, and complex branching typically takes 3–6 weeks. We scope it based on your actual needs, not a generic package.

Will automation replace my team?

No. It replaces the boring parts of their job — data entry, follow-up reminders, lead assignment — so your team can focus on conversations and closing. Good automation makes your people more effective, not redundant.

What if we already have workflows that aren't working?

That's actually our most common starting point. Most HubSpot portals have workflows that were built with good intentions but haven't been maintained. We audit everything first, fix what's broken, remove what's redundant, and then build what's missing. Start with a CRM audit if you want to see the state of things.

Can you integrate automation with tools outside HubSpot?

Yes. HubSpot's native integrations cover most common tools (Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, etc.), and for anything else we use Operations Hub or middleware like Make/Zapier. If your tech stack is complex, we'll map the integration layer as part of the project.
